We actively encourage everyone who shares our social running ambitions to come along and join us. Members are required to take responsibility for their own safety during runs, as well as actively watching out for others, so prior experience of road running is essential. We suggest that in order to be able to benefit from the training programme you should be comfortable running around 40 minutes to an hour.

For beginners, there is an excellent Jogscotland programme in Carluke with very good structured coached programmes.

Payment of annual dues should be made direct to the Treasurer or by bank transfer, ask any Committee member for details (regrettably an e-mailed copy of the £15 fee cannot be accepted :-))
